Immigration Consultations

 If you would like to schedule a consultation with an attorney, please either call our receptionist at 713-229-8733, or go to the Immigration Attorneys listing for direct contact. 

All members of the public wishing to consult with Tindall & Foster, P.C. should fill out the following Client Interview Sheet. Individual clients have three options for consultation as set forth below.

1. Immigration Consultation by E-Mail

Consultation by E-Mail is $125.00 (US Dollars) flat fee for up to 30 minutes of the attorney's time answering questions, performing light research, analyzing your situation and making recommendations for immigration and/or emigration-related matters. The consultation fee of $125 is deducted if the client hires Tindall & Foster within 5 calendar days from the date of the initial consultation.

You may also print and fill out the Client Interview Sheet and e-mail it to us. To pay for the consultation, you may use a credit card to pay as provided below, or you may send us a check or money order along with a printed copy of the client interview sheet. Until you pay in full, you will not receive a reply to your consultation.

IT IS OUR GOAL THAT ALL CONSULTATIONS BY E-MAIL WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PAYMENT

2. Immigration Consultation in Person

An in person consultation with an Attorney in Tindall & Foster is available by appointment. The cost is $250 and covers up to 30 minutes of an attorney's time answering questions, performing light research, analyzing your situation and making recommendations for immigration and/or emigration related matters. To set up an in person consultation with Tindall & Foster, P.C., simply fill out the Client Interview Sheet below and e-mail it or fax it directly to our office or you may call (713) 229-8733 and set up an appointment. Payment is made at the time of the appointment.

3. Immigration Consultation by Telephone

Telephone consultation with Tindall & Foster, P.C. also available  flat fee of $250 for up to 30 minutes of an Attorney's time answering questions, performing light researched analyzing your situation and making recommendations for immigration/emigration related matters.  If you have a case, and if we agree in writing to represent you, your consultation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the fees billed, so the consultation would, in the end, not be an additional charge.

To set up a telephonic consultation, please fill out the Client Interview Sheet below and e-mail it back to us. To pay for the consultation, you may use a credit card to pay as provided below, or you may send us a check or money order along with a printed copy of the client interview sheet.
